About Our Scottsdale Water Filtration Company

We install water softeners, whole-home filtration and reverse osmosis systems in homes across Scottsdale, and every job starts with a water test. We also photograph and write down what we find, so you have a clear record if an old system has leaked or failed.

Two technicians carry a tall black mineral tank from a white van into a garage with blue filter housings and piping mounted on a plywood board and an open tool bag.

How We Approach a Job in Your Home

Most calls start with something you can see or taste: white crust on faucet aerators, spotty glass shower doors, a chlorine smell at the kitchen tap, or a softener that seems to go through salt too fast. Each of those has a different cause, and a few have no cause a new system will fix. That is why testing comes before any talk of equipment. Your water test is free, with zero obligation attached. We sit down with you over the hardness, chlorine and total dissolved solids readings and show how each number plays out in your home, from scale building up in the bottom of a tank water heater to the film that dulls glassware after a dishwasher cycle.

Many homes already have a system in the garage or a utility closet. When it has failed, we look for the reason: a cracked brine tank, a control valve stuck mid-regeneration, a bypass valve left open, or a slow drip at a compression fitting that has been soaking a cabinet floor or the base of a wall. We photograph the failure point and the surrounding area, then note it in plain words. If water has damaged your home, those photos and notes help you show your insurance company what happened. We can explain how that process usually goes, but your adjuster decides coverage, not us.

When a new system makes sense, install is included with water treatment systems. We plan the loop location, drain line and outlet before the job day, cover the floors along our path, and pressure-test every connection before we pack up.

The Practices Behind Every Visit

Numbers first, equipment second

Softener sizing comes from the grains of hardness we measure and how much water your household uses each day. When the readings say a softener would do little, you hear that from us, along with the option that suits your water better.

A record you can keep

You get photos of the old equipment, the failure point and any water staining, plus a short written summary. It is useful for an insurance claim, a future home sale or your own files.

Straight talk on claims

We explain what insurers commonly ask for, such as when you first noticed the leak and how far the water spread. We never predict what will be covered, and we never stretch a description to help a claim along.

Parts named and explained

You will know which resin, which carbon media and which RO membrane is going in, and why each was chosen for the water we measured in your home.
